1. Check whether there is air in the tank:
1. If air is mixed into the oil and air is sucked in from the hydraulic pump, you can remove the hydraulic pump air intake first.
2. For new hydraulic cylinders, repaired hydraulic cylinders, or hydraulic cylinders whose equipment has been shut down for too long, there will be air in the cylinders and pipelines.
It can be exhausted through the bleed plug of the hydraulic cylinder. For hydraulic cylinders that are not equipped with a special exhaust device, the inlet and outlet pipe joints at both ends of the hydraulic cylinder can be slightly loosened, and the hydraulic cylinder can be vented by reciprocating several times.
If the oil leaking from the joint position changes from turbid to clear, it means that the air has been swept clean. At this time, the pipe joint can be tightened from the beginning.
For hydraulic cylinders that are difficult to exhaust air by this method, the method of loading exhaust and filling oil into the cylinder can be used to exhaust the air.
3. In the case of negative pressure in the cylinder and easy air intake from the piston rod, pay attention to the rationality of the piston rod seal plan.
4. After starting the machine, let the hydraulic cylinder run at the maximum stroke and maximum speed for lOmin to force the gas to be discharged.
2. Check whether the hydraulic cylinder is due to poor installation accuracy:
1. The installation quality of hydraulic cylinders should be improved.
2. If the piston rod and the piston are not concentric, check the coaxiality of the two; straighten the piston rod when the piston rod twists, and use the H8/f8 cooperation for the cooperation of the piston rod and the guide sleeve. The cooperation should be strictly in accordance with the standard and quality specifications. When the manufacturer's qualified sealing ring and V-shaped sealing ring are selected, the sealing friction should be adjusted to a moderate level.
3. Check whether the seal of the hydraulic cylinder end cover is too tight or too loose:
Adjust the seal ring of the excavator parts so that it is not tight or loose, and the guide set is concentric to ensure that the piston rod can be moved back and forth by hand (or just tap it with a hammer), and a little oil film is hung on the piston rod.
4. Check whether the hydraulic cylinder has poor installation accuracy:
For example, the connection point of the load and the piston rod should be as close as possible to the sliding surface of the guide rail; the axis line of the piston rod and the center line of the load should be the same; the touch length with the guide rail should be as long as possible; the connection direction of the load and the hydraulic cylinder should be based on the thrust of the hydraulic cylinder. Make the load skew prevail; the guide should be good, the machining precision and installation precision should be good, and pay attention to smoothness.
5. Check whether the guide rails are of poor quality, poor smoothness, etc.:
It can be adopted to clean and dredge the smooth device of the guide rail, adjust the smooth pressure and smooth flow rate from the beginning, apply a layer of anti-climbing oil (such as molybdenum disulfide smooth oil) between the relative moving surfaces of the guide rail, etc., and scrape the guide rail moving pair from the head when necessary.
