Analysis of the reason why the left and right rods of excavator did not respond
Anyone who operates an excavator knows that sometimes there will be situations where the operating lever is not controlled. What should we do if we encounter such a problem? In fact, it is mainly due to these reasons. Let’s take a look.
1. Check the pilot solenoid valve. The spool is stuck.
2. Check the pilot filter element. The pilot filter element is blocked.
3. Check insurance. Poor contact of insurance.
4. Check the pilot cut-off switch. It is the switch under the safety lock lever and has poor contact.
5. Check the pilot pump. The pilot pump is worn, the cold car is moving, and the hydraulic oil of the hot car is diluted and the pressure cannot be built up.
6. Adjust the pilot relief valve to the normal value. If you can't adjust it, check the pilot relief valve. Leakage or spring break.
7. When the operation responds, hold back a certain action and watch the pilot pressure on the dashboard. The pressure is insufficient.
